Raw material transportation to cleaning station (rice and wheat) → cleaning (washing, soaking, and drying raw materials) → Crushing or milling (producing rice or wheat flour) → slurry generation (mixing raw material flour with water or warm water to form a slurry) → slurry refinement (refining slurry using a colloid mill) → slurry transportation (conveying refined slurry to drying station) → drum/roller dryer baking (baking slurry into a pancake-like cooked product) → initial crushing (breaking the pancake-like cooked product into large pieces) → semi-finished product transportation (conveying semi-finished products to shaping station) → shaping flakes (forming semi-finished products into the desired flake size) → finished product transportation (conveying finished products to packaging station) → bagging and packaging (packaging finished products into preset weights and bags).
